Answer
To integrate your reservation link into your website, simply copy the URL from Toast Web and paste it onto your site. You can choose to transform this link into a button or create a navigation item labeled Reservations or Waitlist where the URL can serve as a redirect. This enables your guests to join your reservations or waitlist online from any location you designate for the link. Additionally, we will display the names of guests who booked online in the host app.
Steps to Add the Reservation Link:
Navigate to Toast Web.
Select Waitlist & Reservations.
Click on the Settings tab, then go to Reservations and select Online access.
Under Online controls, click on Copy online reservation link and paste it onto your website.
Steps to Add the Waitlist Link:
Navigate to Toast Web.
Select Waitlist & Reservations.
Click on the Settings tab, then go to Waitlist and select Online access.
Under Online controls, click on Copy online waitlist link and paste it onto your website.
If you use Toast Websites, you can add a reservation module directly to your website. Steps to Add the Reservation Module with Toast Websites:
Navigate to Toast Web.
Select Websites.
Select Editor and Branding > Your Site > Edit Site.
Within the Add to Page section, scroll down and select Reservations.
Drag and drop the module onto your website in the desired location.
