Need to transfer your hardware subscription to another location? Follow these steps to move a subscription from one location to another:
Follow the steps in this Toast Central article to remove the subscription from your location: How do I remove a product from my Toast account?.
Add the subscription to the location of your choice in Toast Shop.
In Toast Web, select Shop or Online store on the left-hand navigation menu.
If you are "transferring" a subscription to another location which has underlying data, such as a gift card product, start a live chat here with our Customer Support team.
