We don't have a physical address (e.g. food truck, non-profit). Do I have to have a business address to verify my account?
We don't have a business phone number. Do I have to use a personal number to verify my account? Will that be displayed on receipts?
Answer
To complete your business setup and get started with Toast, you'll be required to enter a business address and phone number. It is not possible to bypass this step.
If desired, you can update your receipt settings to make sure that guests don't see an address or phone number on printed receipts. Update your receipt settings by navigating to Payments > Checks & receipt setup > Guest receipt setup. For more information, see Configure Your Receipts.
