Why can't I see my restaurant after logging into the Toast Tables app or Toast Web?
My restaurant isn't appearing when I log into Toast Tables or Toast Web. How can I fix this?

If you're unable to see your restaurant after logging into the Toast Tables app or Toast Web, it might be due to your employee permissions. Here's how to check and update them:
For Managers/Owners
To ensure you have full access, you'll need both Configure and Use permissions for Toast Tables.
In Toast Web, navigate to Employees > Employee management > Employees > choose the employee > Jobs and Permissions.
Look for permissions 1.18 and 4.8.
Make sure the boxes next to these permissions are checked. You may need to select Override to enable editing and check the boxes.
For Other Employees
For general access, other employees typically need the Use permission.
In Toast Web, navigate to Employees > Employee management > Employees > choose the employee > Jobs and Permissions.
Look for permission 1.18.
Make sure the box next to this permission is checked. You may need to select Override to enable editing and check the box.
