In Toast, a management group brings together all your restaurant locations, whether they're different concepts or individual spots. With Toast Marketing, you can see your management group's name when sending automated campaigns to your entire organization.
Each management group in Toast Marketing has its own unique settings, marketing contacts, and campaigns. For example, if your group includes Locations A, B, and C, you can create specific settings and email campaigns for each of those individual locations, as well as a separate set of settings and campaigns for the entire management group.
Guest information with Management Groups
When you send automated or one-time campaign emails from your management group, guests from all your restaurant locations within that group will receive them. We ensure that guests don't receive duplicate emails even if their email address was collected at multiple locations. This means our system automatically removes any duplicate email entries when building your management group's email list, so your guests only get one copy of your message.
Campaign types with Management Groups
You can send both automated and one-time campaign emails on behalf of your management group. These emails are designed to reach guests across all the restaurant locations that are part of your group.
