When you receive this error, this indicates you do not have access to log into a specific Toast platform. Not all employees of Toast restaurants will have access to Toast platforms like Toast Web or the Toast Now app.
To solve this issue, we highly recommend starting with your restaurant admins and confirming that you have an active account used to log into a Toast platform. If you do not, your employer can grant you access if necessary. Toast Customer Care does not grant access to users who do not already have it.
