Answer

  1. On the Incentivio manager portal, select Setup in the navigation side panel on the left submenu.

  2. Within Setup, select Store ordering setup.

  3. All locations will be listed. Select Edit on the action button on the right.

  4. This automatically shows the main screen for hours and such. You’ll need to open the Menu Import Configuration Extended Attributes section.

  5. The Selected Menus section shows menus that are selected to be shown to guests. Select Menus brings up a dialog box to move menus to be selected.

  6. Once this change has been saved within Incentivio, the Selected Menus will surface for guests.
