Can you schedule different prep times for different days of the week?

We currently don't support custom prep times for specific days of the week. Prep times need to be adjusted manually, especially before peak hours.

We know your business fluctuates, and you might want longer prep times for a busy Friday night versus a slower Wednesday, so you'll need to update those as needed.

Prep times for third-party delivery apps: Prep times you set in Toast apply to Toast Online Ordering. Third-party marketplaces such as DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub calculate their own prep and delivery times. Toast prep time settings don't control them, so you can't schedule them from Toast. For busy days on Toast Online Ordering, raise your prep time ahead of the rush, limit how many orders can be placed per time slot, or snooze online ordering if orders back up.
