My loyalty points are not showing up on my loyalty account.
How to relink or link the current credit card to an already existing loyalty/Rewards account?

At the end of a transaction, the guest will be prompted with an option to sign up for the Toast Loyalty Program.
If the guest is not prompted with this sign-up option, please see this guide on Rewards Program - Automatic Lookup to ensure their Loyalty/Rewards Program is set up correctly.
To relink or link the current credit card to an already existing loyalty/rewards account:
Select Already Registered. This text will be to the left of the buttons that say No and Yes.
Enter the email address attached to the current Loyalty/Rewards Account.
Select Submit.
The guest will receive a verification email within a few minutes to have them confirm the currently used credit card.
Once confirmed, that credit card will always accrue points towards that Loyalty/Rewards Account, and will also allow the guest to redeem their earned points.
Note: If the guest does not receive a verification email within a few minutes, it may be because they have marked the email as spam, or the verification email got sent to their spam folder automatically. Please advise them to check their spam folder for the verification email.
