Toast Loyalty link is not showing up on the Online Ordering page. How do I resolve this?

To see if Toast Loyalty is enabled for your restaurant, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to Toast Web.

  2. Navigate to Marketing > Loyalty Settings.

  3. Check the toggle in the top-right corner to see if it's turned on.

If you don't see the Loyalty Settings option, your restaurant may not have the Toast Loyalty module. For new users, we recommend following our Get Started With Toast Loyalty guide to set up the module.

If you have multiple restaurants within the same group using the same loyalty program, you'll need to publish your changes.

  1. In Toast Web, navigate to Publish config.

  2. You can either Publish all locations or publish just the specific locations that are missing from your website.

    1. Note: We recommend checking with your team before publishing all changes.
