When my guest places an online order, the charge description on their bank statement shows my business's old name instead of our newer one. How can I get this updated?

Confirm the business's current DBA (Doing Business As) name is up to date under Business Access. This is the name that appears on guest bank/card statements. If it still needs to be updated, or updating the DBA does not resolve the issue, start a chat with Customer Care and request the case be routed to US Account Ops, not the Payments queue, to complete the name change.
