How can I set up notifications to come to the POS device when an order is fulfilled on the Kitchen Display System (KDS)?

Follow the steps below to set up visual and sound notifications for your Kitchen Display System (KDS):
In Toast Web, navigate to Front of house > POS notifications > Notification setup.
For the Enabled Notifications setting, select Fulfilled tickets (alerts person who placed the order).
Select your desired fulfillment level:
Prep station: Fulfillment at the prep station(s) level triggers a notification
First-level expediter: Fulfillment at the first-level expediter triggers a notification
Second-level expediter: Fulfillment at the second-level expediter triggers a notification.
Save and publish your changes.
Make sure that notifications are enabled on your device. Select the home button on your device to get out of the Toast app, and open your device's Settings.
Under Device, select Sound & notification.
Select App notifications, find the Toast app on the list, and ensure that notifications are not blocked for the app.
Any time an order is fulfilled, the employee who placed it will receive a visual and sound notification on the device they are signed into.
