Get Started With the Venue Valet Integration

Learn how to set up the Venue Valet integration with Toast.

Venue Valet manages the daily operational details of a venue by bringing essential data to view in unique ways. Data includes F&B, customer/guest service requests, ticketing, specific job role tasks, and management deliverables.

Venue Valet Integration Overview

Key Features:

  • F&B transaction data and normalizes it into a more standard and complete data structure to be used by our system that displays a running real-time view of a venue (which seats have ordered, which have not ordered, order details, etc.)

  • Integration is used to report information such as “per seat spending”, etc. for the entire venue or parts (rooms) of the venue.

You can now easily integrate Venue Valet on Toast Web.

Note: Your restaurant must have access to Toast Partner Integrations to gain access to the Venue Valet integration. To learn more, see Set Up Toast Partner Integrations.

Integration Setup & Onboarding: Venue Valet

  1. To enable Venue Valet with Toast, log into Toast Web and navigate to Integrations > Integrations management > Browse & purchase integrations.

  2. Enter "Venue Valet" in the Search field and select Add Now.

    1. Note: Your restaurant must have access to Toast Partner Integrations to add this integration. To learn more, see Set Up Toast Partner Integrations.

  3. Review the data scope visibility terms and conditions and select Confirm to accept. See the Data Scope Visibility article for more information.

  4. After adding the integration in Toast Web, Venue Valet's onboarding team will contact you directly.

    1. Toast also recommends you reach out to the vendor/partner after adding a tile to confirm the receipt of your integration request.

Note: Onboarding can take anywhere from hours to 6 weeks.
