Get Started With Peoplevine Integration

Learn how to set up the Peoplevine integration with Toast.

Peoplevine Integration Overview

Peoplevine provides Toast customers with a complete and customizable platform to create engaging loyalty programs. Whether you're starting fresh or looking to enhance an existing program, Peoplevine connects with your Toast system and guest data. This offers a straightforward, ready-to-use loyalty experience designed to help you understand your guests better and keep them loyal to your restaurant.

Enable Peoplevine Integration With Toast

  1. To enable the Peoplevine integration with Toast, log into Toast Web and navigate to Integrations > Integrations management > Browse & purchase integrations.

  2. Enter Peoplevine in the Search field and select Add Now.

  3. Review the data scope visibility terms and conditions, and select Confirm to accept. For more information, see the Data Scope Visibility article. If you have multiple locations, select from the drop-down menu.

    1. Note: Your restaurant must have access to Toast Partner Integrations to add this integration. To learn more about Toast Partner Integrations, see this Support Center article: Set Up Toast Partner Integrations.

  4. Once completed, a representative from Peoplevine will contact you within one business day to assist you with the onboarding process. The onboarding process may take between three to four weeks, depending on your customization needs.

Configure Peoplevine in Toast Web

  1. Once you select Add Now on the Peoplevine tile in Toast Web, you will select which restaurant(s) you would like to connect to your Peoplevine account, and select Apply

  2. After you select Apply, you will be forwarded to a confirmation screen.

  3. After adding the integration in Toast Web, kindly contact Peoplevine directly to start the onboarding process. You can email info@peoplevine.com to learn more and move forward with onboarding and setup.

  4. Following your consultation with the Peoplevine team to define your parameters, the Peoplevine team will manage the onboarding and back-end setup for your integration.

  5. As a next step in setting up your integration, Peoplevine will send your relevant details to the appropriate team here at Toast. We will then ensure the Loyalty modules are activated and correctly set up for you in your Toast account.

  6. Once complete, you must turn on the Loyalty option following the steps outlined here: Get Started with Gift Card and Loyalty Partner Integrations.
