Troubleshoot In-House Orders

Learn some common troubleshooting steps to manage in-house orders on your POS.

Issue: Orders from certain employees don't fire to the kitchen printer or KDS

  • If an order didn't send to the printer but showed on the Kitchen Display Screen (KDS), check for non-printing prep stations. Learn more: Manage Bar Orders With Non-Printing Prep Stations.

  • If an order didn't show on the KDS screen but was sent to the printer, check the Ticket Display Options on the KDS. learn more: Get Help With KDS Tickets.

  • If an order didn't send to the printer and it didn't show on the KDS screen, check that the items in the order are routed to the correct prep station.

Issue: One device isn't printing orders
