Once hired, the employee will appear as “active” at the Toast restaurant. Employers will still need to invite employees to create an account using Toast Web, as that is not initiated via Fountain.

For Toast Payroll Customers, just make sure the applicant's email address in Fountain and the employee's email address added in Payroll are the same, and they’ll map at the time of Toast Payroll Hire. Employees paid via Toast Payroll will still need to be entered into Payroll as a new hire.
