View Large Party Reservation Options and Availabilities in Toast Tables

Why do I only see a few options/availabilities for times when trying to enter a large party reservation?


Answer

If you aren’t seeing the number of times you were expecting, it is usually because a reservation was made on a table that is part of a combination that was used for larger parties.

To resolve this, you can:

  • You can move that party to another table to open up your custom combination availability.

  • You can also manually add reservations in the timeline view, but the timeline view does NOT currently support creating combinations.
