How do I combine service areas for guests to book?


Answer

To offer guests more booking options across different parts of your restaurant, you can combine multiple service areas so they appear as one larger booking option for your guests online. This groups the table inventory from each area under a single name.

Here's how to do it:

  1. In Toast Web, select Front of House.

  2. Choose Settings.

  3. Scroll down to the Service Area section.

  4. For each service area you want to combine, enter the exact same Display Name. This is the name your guests will see online.

Once you save, these service areas will be grouped together, and their table inventory will be combined for guests making online reservations.
