If you do have Toast or third-party gift card software added to your account, you’ll need to enable gift cards in Toast Web and on your terminal.
In Toast Web:
Navigate to Payments > Gift cards > Gift card setup.
Under the Gift Cards section, find the Enable Gift Cards setting and select Yes.
