Answer
At this time, it's not possible to create customized POS reports (such as Sales, Product Mix (PMIX), or Labor reports) in Toast Web. There are a few Toast Web reports that can be sent via email:
Daily Performance Summary: All Locations
Daily Performance Summary: Current Location
Weekly Performance Summary: Current Location
