Access your locations by navigating to the gear icon > Locations in the upper right corner of xtraCHEF. The Locations page will show all locations associated with your tenant and will have basic information for each location including location name, creation date, and account number.

You'll also see an email address for each location. If you ever need to upload an invoice, receipt, or other document to a location and don't have access to your xtraCHEF account, simply email your document to the listed email address and xtraCHEF will process your document as usual - no sign in required.

If you want to check on more granular details for a location, such as its physical address, shipping address, or category, select the location's name before selecting View Location Details from the top right of the page. You won't be able to select either button without first selecting a location. This will allow you to see all the information xtraCHEF has on file for that particular location.

We all know change is the only constant in the restaurant world and your locations are evolving constantly through menu refreshes, physical moves, or even full concept overhauls. Keep your information up to date in xtraCHEF by selecting Edit Location Details.

This will launch the same form we just saw in View Location Details, but you'll notice that you are now able to make changes to your location's information. Let's say your executive team decided to rebrand the Austin location of Joe's Pizzeria from a fast-casual joint to an upscale foodie destination. You can reflect that change by selecting the Location Type that best describes your new concept.

By selecting the Configuration tab, you can also update each location's payment method or shipping address as needed.

Once you're satisfied with your changes, select Save and they will immediately take effect. No matter how your restaurant evolves over time, xtraCHEF is ready to grow with you every step of the way.
