WineView Integration Overview
WineView connects your club and membership operations with Toast, allowing you to manage member activity alongside your existing Toast operations.
Through the integration, WineView connects membership purchases, inventory, fulfillment, rewards, and recurring club activity with Toast, creating a more connected experience for your staff and members.
WineView's key features include:
Membership and Billing
Wine club and membership management, including building releases and clubs by tier, swapping products, adjusting quantities, and holding orders
Automated recurring club billing by release, tier, or membership plan, with automatic payment processing and billing status tracking
Secure migration of existing member payment methods, so current members do not have to re-enter card information
Inventory and Fulfillment
Two-way inventory synchronization between WineView and Toast
Flexible pickup, shipping, and on-site inventory fulfillment workflows
Multi-location management
Member Experience
Member profiles, club activity, order history, and account information in one place

Before You Begin

Permissions needed:
Access to Toast Partner Integrations (see Set Up Toast Partner Integrations)
Permission to add integrations in Toast Web
What you'll accomplish: Connect your Toast account to WineView so you can manage wine club and membership operations, including billing, inventory, and fulfillment, alongside your Toast restaurant operations.
Note: Before you begin, know which Toast restaurant location or locations you want to connect to WineView.
Enable the WineView Integration
Log in to Toast Web and navigate to Integrations > Integrations management > Browse & purchase integrations.
Enter WineView in the Search field and select Add Now.
Review the data scope visibility terms and conditions and select Confirm to accept. For more information, see Data Scope Visibility.
After the integration is added, a member of the WineView Onboarding Team will contact you to schedule a call and guide you through the remaining setup. If you have questions in the meantime, contact WineView Support directly.
Configure WineView in Toast Web
Once you select Add Now on the WineView tile in Toast Web, select the restaurant location or locations you want to connect to WineView, then select Apply.
Review the confirmation screen showing the data WineView will access through the Toast integration.
If you're already completing the WineView onboarding wizard, return to WineView after connecting your Toast location(s) to continue setup. If you connect WineView through Toast before starting WineView onboarding, the WineView team will help you begin onboarding and guide you through the remaining setup.
WineView will work with you to configure your membership, club, billing, inventory, and fulfillment workflows based on your operation.
