CityCheers is an order and pay-at-the-table integration that helps restaurants and bars foster a 1:1 relationship and drive more revenue to establishments.
CityCheers provides restaurants with a free solution allowing its guests to open the CityCheers app and order and pay directly on their mobile devices. The CityCheers app and its patented ExpressCheck payment technology provide guests with information on specials and discounts to help drive more revenue and business to restaurants and bars. Leveraging toast orders, configuration, and menu information, CityCheers allows servers more time to upsell and gives guests real-time access to add menu items and check directly on the app. No QR code is needed.
Note: While CityCheers is free for Toast customers, a $0.50 fee is added to each guest's CityCheers order.

Enable CityCheers With Toast
To enable CityCheer with Toast, log in to Toast Web and navigate to Integrations > Integrations management > Browse & purchase integrations.
Enter CityCheers in the Search field and then select Add Now.
Note: Your restaurant must have access to Toast Partner Integrations to add this integration. To learn more, see Set Up Toast Partner Integrations.
Review the data scope visibility terms and conditions and select Confirm to accept. See the Data Scope Visibility article for more information.
After adding the tile in Toast Partner Integrations, CityCheers's support/onboarding team will contact you within 24 hours. Toast also recommends contacting the partner after adding the tile in Toast Partner Integrations to confirm the partner receives notice that the integration has been added to your location(s)
Note: Once the Toast Partner Integrations tile is added and the CityCheers team has contacted you, onboarding and setup are usually completed within three to five business days.
CityCheers Configuration
CityCheers’ team will work directly with you to set up and configure their order and pay setup to ensure menus and settings work to spec within CityCheers and Toast. You must set up dining options and Other Payment Options for CityCheers in Toast Web.
For dining options, you will need an ExpressCheck dining option with the behavior set to None. CityCheers’ team can guide you on any specifics needed for naming and setup. See Configure Dining Options for more information.
For the required Other Payment Option, follow and work directly with CityCheers to set this up according to CityCheers’ needed specifications. For more information on payment options, see Set Up Other Payment Options.
