Apply Guest Rewards Before Taking Payment

How do I look up a guest's loyalty account and apply rewards points before completing payment?


Answer

  1. From the Payment Screen, select Rewards.

  2. Select Lookup.

    After selecting Rewards, select Lookup on this Apply rewards screen



  3. Enter the guest's contact information in the Search Name/Email/Phone # field.

    Enter a guest's name, email, or phone number to lookup their rewards account



  4. Confirm the contact information by selecting Done. Rewards points will be added to the guest's rewards account.

  5. After payment, the guest's receipt will reflect the increase in their rewards points.
