Integrations and Data Exchanges Summary
xtraCHEF can be configured to connect directly with or send/extract data with a number of third-party platforms. This functionality is included in both Essentials and Pro suites.
Technically, the only true integrations xtraCHEF makes are to Toast and QuickBooks. A true integration involves data flowing between two systems without any manual customer actions taken. Any other third-parties will connect via a data exchange. Data exchanges use .csv files to transfer information and will require customer action.
Configuring your account to exchange data with your accounting software allows xtraCHEF to digitize your invoices and automate part of your accounts payable all while creating insights into your profit and spending.
Integration/Data Exchange Configuration
Toast now has a direct integration into QuickBooks Online for all Toast Payroll customers. If you use QuickBooks Online and Toast Payroll, take a look at Get Started With Payroll Accounting Sync for GL and payroll journal entry syncing as an alternative to xtraCHEF. |
Since QuickBooks (Desktop and Online versions) is a true integration, invoices and sales data will automatically sync between itself and xtraCHEF. With QuickBooks Online, even payroll data will automatically sync. Other accounting systems have less automatic functionality.
