Ovation Integration Overview
Ovation provides a marketing solution for Toast customers looking to gather actionable, real-time guest feedback and measure guest experience on every order, Leveraging Toast’s order, menu, and guest data, Ovation allows guests to provide feedback to Toast customers, and you can respond quickly to improve guest experience, aiding in guest retention and sentiment.
Enable Ovation Integration With Toast
To enable the Ovation integration with Toast, log into Toast Web and navigate to Integrations > Integrations management > Browse & purchase integrations.
Enter Ovation in the Search field and select Add Now.
Review the data scope visibility terms and conditions, and select Confirm to accept. For more information, see the Data Scope Visibility article. If you have multiple locations, select from the drop-down menu.
Note: Your restaurant must have access to Toast Partner Integrations to add this integration. To learn more about Toast Partner Integrations, see this Support Center article: Set Up Toast Partner Integrations.
Once completed, a representative from Ovation will contact you within one business day to assist you with the onboarding process. The onboarding process may take between three to four weeks, depending on your customization needs.
Configure Ovation in Toast Web
Once you select Add Now on the Ovation tile in Toast Web, you will select which restaurant(s) you would like to connect to your Ovation account, and select Apply
After you select Apply, you will be forwarded to a confirmation screen.
After adding the tile in Toast Web, Ovation’s support/onboarding team will directly contact you within approximately one to two business days.
Toast also recommends that you reach out to the partner after adding the tile in Toast Web to confirm that they receive notice that the integration has been added to the customer's location(s).
Note: Once the integration tile is added and the Ovation Team has reached out to you, onboarding and setup are usually completed within approximately five to 10 business days. This can vary based on your responsiveness, needs, etc.
