Log into Toast Web and navigate to Catering & events > Settings.

Click on the pencil icon next to the order type you would like to create a lead form for. Lead forms are order type specific, so you will need to choose one order type.

Select lead form fields to choose the subset of your order type fields that should be shown on the lead form.

Uncheck Show all non internal BEO fields.

Select Show on lead form for any fields you'd like shown on your lead form.

Select Save.

Select the Lead form URL icon to copy the URL for your new lead form.

Take the URL that you've just copied and embed it in your existing website.
