Reasons for Missing Emails
There are several reasons an email from Toast might not have been received. The most common reasons are:
The email was received but it went to a junk or spam folder.
The domain is blocked.
You have opted out of receiving emails from Toast.
The email address Toast has on-file for you is incorrect, even if your email looks correct on your Toast profile.
If you've exhausted all other steps in this article and you believe this could be the case, contact Toast Customer Care.
In some cases, like password resets or security verification, you'll need to request the email again after making any of the changes below.
Additionally, check your spam and junk folders. Some providers will send "non-reply@" emails directly to a spam or junk folder. If you use Gmail you should also check your Promotions folder under Categories.
