I don't use Toast Payroll, so where can I see my federal employer identification number (FEIN) in Toast?

For security purposes, your FEIN is not visible in Toast Web. If you wish to view, confirm, or change your FEIN, contact Customer Care. We encourage the owner or business contact of the restaurant to reach out; for confidentiality, we may be unable to provide this information otherwise.

If you use Toast Payroll, your FEIN(s) is visible to HR+ users by navigating to Settings > Payroll > Tax Accounts. Visit Toast Payroll: Get Help With Tax Accounts to read more. (If you do not see Settings on the left side of the screen, select Payroll from the Toast Web navigation rail on the left to make the Toast Payroll navigation rail appear.)
