How do I transfer a Catering and Events order to another one of my locations?

Answer

In order to transfer Catering and Events orders:

  • You must be a Toast Multilocation Management (MLM) customer with the same Toast Toast Web settings shared between locations (for example, menu dining options, discounts, service charges, etc.).

  • The order can only be moved before accepting any payment, including deposits.

  1. Log in to Toast Web and navigate to Catering and Events > Orders.

  2. Locate the order you want to move, select the 3-dot menu to the far right of the order line item, and select Move order.

  3. Under the Locations header, select the location you would like to move the order to.

  4. You will receive a pop-up message that states Catering order successfully moved.
