Can I prevent employees from removing items from tickets?

Is there a permission I can turn off that will prevent employees from being able to remove items from tickets before they’re sent to the kitchen?


Answer

At this time, this is a feature request. All employees can currently remove items from a ticket prior to it being fired to the kitchen. Currently, there is only a permission that allows employees to remove items from tickets after they’ve been fired to the kitchen, which is 3.10 Edit Sent Items.
