How do I verify a voided gift card payment?

To verify a voided gift card payment, follow the steps below:
In Toast Web, navigate to Reports > Payments > Gift card balances.
Enter the gift card number into the search field and select it from the search results.
On the Card Details page, a line item for Void Add Value will appear for the amount voided from the card.
If you need to reactivate a previously deactivated gift card, select the gift card line item in the report to bring up the Card Details window. You can use the Edit button to reactivate the gift card in the Card Details.
