It is not possible to merge employee profiles at this time. However, you can archive a profile and keep the other one active as a workaround. If you run into issues needing to update a user's email address or other user profile information, please contact Customer Care.

Note: If your location also uses Toast Payroll, it’s important to maintain profile mapping across the two systems to avoid timesheet and tip-syncing issues. Before archiving a profile in Toast Web, make sure you’re not archiving a profile that the employee is mapped to. Visit Toast Payroll: Manage Employee Mapping for more information.
