To change your credit card processing fee cadence, you must first meet the following criteria:
Your account must have been active on Toast for at least three continuous months, processing credit card transactions during this period.
Your account must maintain a normalized monthly credit card transaction volume exceeding $100,000.
Your account must have a good transactional standing, demonstrated by:
A low number of chargebacks.
No history of bounced ACH payments.
No outstanding balance or account hold status.
Once you meet these criteria, contact Customer Support via Support Center to request this change. You may be required to verify your account credentials. Changes (whether from daily to monthly or monthly to daily) will typically take effect from the next billing period.
