To view the total number of guests reserved for the evening on Toast Tables™, you can utilize the Bookings report available in Toast Web. This report allows you to look at all reservations set to start within a given past or future period, including the total number of guests (covers) for each reservation.
You can access this report by navigating to Reports > Reservations & Waitlist > Bookings in Toast Web.
Here, you can filter the report by date to see the total number of guests reserved for the evening. This feature provides a comprehensive overview of your bookings, helping you manage your reservations effectively.
