I sent an eGift Card to the wrong email address, how do I send it to the correct email?
Answer
If you send an eGift card to the wrong email address, you can resend it to the correct email address by following the steps below:
In Toast Web, navigate to Reports > Payments > Failed e-gift card delivery.
Select the order and enter the correct email address for the eGift card that should be sent.
When finished, select Update & Resend Email.
