If you send an eGift card to the wrong email address, you can resend it to the correct email address by following the steps below:

  1. In Toast Web, navigate to Reports > Payments > Failed e-gift card delivery.

  2. Select the order and enter the correct email address for the eGift card that should be sent.

  3. When finished, select Update & Resend Email.
