I'd like to disable/cancel the Loyalty feature. How do I do this?
Answer
In Toast Web, navigate to Marketing > Loyalty > Settings > Program availability > toggle "Your loyalty program is active!" to off.
If you don't have sufficient permissions, ask the owner or someone with the Payroll employee profile to provide you with the necessary permissions.
