How can I create a button for when people order food and they do not pick it up?

You can create a discount and a discount reason for "No-Show" and attach that to a new 100% discount. This will allow you to close the check without a guest payment or leave a note on the check for reporting purposes. It's best practice to discount a meal that has been made rather than voiding it so that the ingredients can be tracked as used.
