I'm trying to change my employee's job title but the checkbox is grayed out. What should I do?

If you’re trying to change an employee’s job title/role in Toast Web, navigate to Employees > Employee management > Employees and select an employee’s edit pencil. If the job title in question is grayed out, this is a permissions issue. You will need to be assigned the same permissions as the title you're granting. Please reach out to someone in your organization with these permissions to have yourself and/or the employee in question granted them so you can update the title.
