Ready to share your coming soon or off-MLS property or rental? Then it's time to broadcast it on TAN!

Note: Please only initially broadcast properties on TAN that meet the following criteria:

  • The property has not yet appeared active on the MLS
We recommend broadcasting at least 3 days before going active on the MLS. When you add your property to TAN at least 3 days before it goes active on the MLS, you'll have an added benefit: you can broadcast updates later and communicate with top agents, even when the property is on the MLS.

  • The listing is represented by you and you have permission from the client to share the property on TAN.

Here's how to broadcast a listing on TAN:

While signed in on TAN, on the homepage you will see two options.
Click the one on the right that says “My Client is Selling or Renting.”

After clicking “My Client is Selling or Renting”, you will see two options. Select the one on the right that says “Broadcast a Property.”

(Note: Do you want to use buyer demand data in a listing presentation? Does your seller require more privacy? Is it too early to market a listing, but you'd still like to start connecting with agents who have interested buyers? Add your seller quietly instead of broadcasting.)

Once you click the “Broadcast a Property” button, you will be taken to a page where you will enter all of the property information needed for the broadcast.

Our easy-to-use wizard will guide you through entering all of the property details.

Once you’ve entered in all the required information, click the “Preview” button and double check that everything looks correct. Once you’ve made any necessary edits, go ahead and push the “Broadcast” button at the top or bottom of the screen.

Once you’ve Broadcast, you will see a list of top agents with buyers/renters who currently match the property/rental. Plus, you'll get an email alert anytime a TAN member adds a new client who might be a good match.

Matching your client's needs with the relevant agent(s) is the essence of the new TAN platform. TAN reduces the number of phone calls, emails and other channels you need to employ in order to connect with the agents who have what your client is looking for.
