With the “My Clients” widget within My Dashboard, you can edit your properties, buyer needs and rentals, update the status and view your matches all in one place.
Once you’re logged in, navigate to “My Dashboard”.
All the properties, buyer needs and rentals you’ve entered on TAN (broadcast or added quietly) will be listed in this spot.
Here are a couple symbols we use to make this page easier to read:
A lock icon means that the address is hidden to other top agents
A red exclamation icon on the TAN status means that the property is about to expire.
You can also quickly add a client from this page by clicking the Add Client button.
How to view your client
To view your client just click on the client name or the property address.
Then you will be taken to the client page where you can view matches, update the TAN status, edit, view activity reports (for broadcasts) and more.
How to edit your client's property, buyer need or rental
When you edit a property or buyer need, your changes are made to the page that agents see when they click your broadcast or match, or while searching on TAN. Your changes will not be emailed to top agents, but they will alter the criteria for matching.
To send out an email to top agents, see the rebroadcasting section at the bottom of this page.
You can also edit a client's property, buyer need or rental directly from the My Clients widget by clicking on the three dots to the very right of the client name and then click “Edit”.
You will be taken to the form (for buyers or quiet sellers) where you would just update the fields you need to then click to save. For broadcast properties, you'll go through the same sections you went through when creating your post or you can click directly on the specific sections you want to edit:
When you are finished editing, just Preview your changes then click the button to Save Changes.
How to view your matches
To view matches, simply click on the three dots to the very right of the client name and click “View Matches.”
All matches for that client will then be displayed in the lower half of the screen.
If it's a match you're interested in, you can reach out to the agent directly. If it's not a match you're interested in, you can remove it by clicking the “Remove match” button.
Change or update the TAN status
Promote a quiet seller to a broadcast or rebroadcast a property
When you're ready to market a quiet seller you have on TAN, you can promote it to a broadcast and reach all top agents in the area. Agents with matching buyers get notified of the broadcast, plus any new information.
Just select "Broadcast Quiet Seller" from the dropdown and you'll be walked through all the broadcast steps.
If you add a property to TAN at least 3 days before it goes active on the MLS, you'll have an added benefit. You can rebroadcast updates later and communicate with top agents, even when the property is on the MLS.
To rebroadcast an update on a property, select the Rebroadcast Seller option.
Three days or more after the initial broadcast, you'll be able to send out a second broadcast for important updates. For example, you didn't get the professional photos until a week later? You could add them afterwards and improve the listing.
Then, every 30 days after that you'll be able to send out an update. There's no need to re-input the details, and other agents will see it's not a duplicate broadcast.
You can also rebroadcast to announce an upcoming price reduction (5% or greater).
