Can I change my trading platform?
If you want to change platforms for a Trading Combine with no trading activity, please contact our support team, and we will do our best to facilitate the switch.
If you want to change platforms for a Trading Combine that you've already traded on, you have a few options based on the data feed your current platform uses. You can see the data feed that each platform uses in the table here: List of Supported Platforms.
For a platform on the Rithmic Data Feed, you can connect to any other platform that also uses the Rithmic data feed. Platforms on the Rithmic data feed are NinjaTrader, Quantower, RTrader Pro, ATAS, MotiveWave, VolFix, Bookmap, Investor/RT, Jigsaw Daytradr, MultiCharts, Sierra Chart, and Trade Navigator.
For a platform on the CQG Data Feed, you can connect to any other platform that uses the CQG data feed. Platforms on the CQG data feed are Tradovate and TradingView.
For a platform on the CTS data feed, you can only connect to T4, and connecting to a different platform will require a new Trading Combine subscription.
For the TopstepX platform, you can only connect to TopstepX, and connecting to a different platform will require a new Trading Combine subscription.
If you want to use a platform on a different data feed, this will require a new Trading Combine. You can simply log into your same Topstep profile and click 'Start a Trading Combine' to purchase a new Trading Combine with your desired platform. (Do not create a new Topstep profile)
You won't lose any historical trading activity by switching between platforms that are on the same data feed.
Can I change my account size?
If you want to switch account sizes for a Trading Combine with no trading activity, please contact our support team, and we'll do our best to facilitate the switch.
If you have already traded on the account, we cannot accommodate a platform switch. We recommend canceling the original Trading Combine before your next monthly subscription charge and purchasing a new one with the desired account size.
After passing the Trading Combine, can I change to a new platform for my Express Funded Account?
No, you cannot change to a new trading platform after passing the Trading Combine for your Express Funded Account. If you want an Express Funded Account on a different trading platform, you will first need to pass a new Trading Combine on your desired platform.
