Can I use TopstepX™ on my phone or mobile device?

Yes, you can use TopstepX on your phone or mobile device! TopstepX is now mobile-friendly, allowing traders to access their accounts and manage trades effortlessly from your phone.

Mobile-friendly works best on smartphones. If you're using a tablet, including iPads, you'll want to use the desktop version on your web browser for the best experience.

Disabling Desktop Mode on your Mobile Device's Web Browser

If you saved TopstepX to your home screen on your mobile device but the device isn't loading the mobile version, you may have Desktop Mode enabled on your browser. It's important to disable Desktop Mode for each web browser you use.

  • Instructions for (most) iPhones

  1. Open the "Settings" app on your device

  2. Scroll and click on the web browser you use (for example, Safari)

  3. Scroll down and click "Request Desktop Website"

  4. Click the toggle next to "All Websites" to turn it off (the switch should turn gray).

  • Instructions for (most) Androids

  1. Open Google Chrome or Firefox on your Android device.

  2. Click the three-dot icon in the top-right corner to open the menu.

  3. Scroll down and click "Settings".

  4. Under Settings, click "Site Settings or "General"

  5. Scroll down and click on "Desktop Site.".

  6. Click the toggle next to "Desktop Site" to turn it off (the switch should turn gray).

You can access TopstepX on your mobile device by using your preferred mobile web browser and visiting TopstepX.com/trade. You can log in using your ToptepX credentials and the platform will automatically adjust to fit your screen size.

Is there a mobile app for TopstepX?

No, there is not a mobile app for TopstepX. Currently, TopstepX is accessible only via mobile web browsers. We are continuously working on improving and may consider a mobile app in the future.

Can I access all the features of TopstepX on my mobile device?

Most features available on desktop are also available on mobile, and we will continue to release more features when they are ready.

Will using TopstepX on my mobile device affect performance?

Yes, you can select chart or DOM trading on the mobile version.

What is the easiest way to set a bracket on mobile?

The Simple Bracket Order feature available on your computer is also available on mobile, allowing you to simply “drag and drop” stop loss and profit targets once you’re in a trade.

Can I download my trades on mobile?

Yes, you can download your trades on your mobile device by clicking the “Settings” tab at the bottom of your screen, and selecting “Trades”. You'll be able to view your trading history and export to download.

Can I open multiple charts on mobile?

You can only open one chart at a time on the mobile version, but you can easily switch products to monitor multiple products or trades.

Can I see the Tilt on mobile?

No, you can't see the Tilt on your mobile device right now. It may be added in the future.
