Cancellations

Lessons are booked as a subscription, and will automatically renew unless we receive notice of cancellation.

The bill payer must inform us 48 hours in advance of the billing date or the lessons will still be charged.

We do not process refunds.

The bill payer is responsible for informing us of any events that will result in missed lessons. Possible example scenarios below:

  • Strike days

  • School trips

  • Inset days

  • School events (e.g. sports events and transition days)

  • Illness
