Ticket Types
How to Add a Milestone, Task, or Constraint:
Click one of the icons in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen to open a ticket edit window on the right-hand side of your plan.
Edit task information (description, location, duration, crew size, custom fields).
Click Save when done.
Drag the activity from the Draft area onto the plan.
