Adjust tickets to new positions within a specific plan.
How to move tickets:
Click and hold on a ticket and drag to the desired location.
Drag the ticket to the edge of the screen to pan the plan view to adjust to a location off the screen.
Note: There are two cases when a ticket won't move:
Admin users can Lock a Plan that will allow tickets to be updated but not moved.
Basic Users will only be able to move tickets within their assigned role color.
