Adjust ticket position in the plan view

Adjust tickets to new positions within a specific plan.

How to move tickets:

  1. Click and hold on a ticket and drag to the desired location.

  2. Drag the ticket to the edge of the screen to pan the plan view to adjust to a location off the screen.

Note: There are two cases when a ticket won't move:

  1. Admin users can Lock a Plan that will allow tickets to be updated but not moved.

  2. Basic Users will only be able to move tickets within their assigned role color.
