Teams use the Basic Variance Report to quickly show what tasks need to be focused on during the weekly meeting.

The report shows you any pinned tasks that didn't go according to plan within the selected time frame. These pinned tasks may have already been updated with a late or early status, or may still be in progress but simply without a status update.

See the example below. There are two tasks that are marked as completed late, one marked as completed early, and two that haven't been completed but were supposed to already be completed.

Focusing on the tasks that didn’t go to plan promotes rapid learning and will help users plan better in the upcoming weeks.

To see a more detailed variance report see the Advanced Variance Report.
