Copy and Paste Clipboard allows teams to move a group of tickets from one plan to another keeping all information in the transfer.
Multi-Select any group of tickets and select ‘Copy to Clipboard.’
Open the plan where the tickets need to be placed.
Select the white arrow in the bottom right of the plan view screen to find the clipboard in the gray on-deck area.
Simply drag the copied tickets from the on-deck area onto the destination plan to paste. Tickets can be “pasted” in 3 different forms:
Exact Copy: Paste completed tickets that include their pins, and variance reasons on the same dates as the original plan.
Template Current: Paste tickets freely left and right on the destination plan without any completed tickets, pins, or variance reasons.
Template Original: Past tickets on the same dates as the original plan without any completed tickets, pins, or variance reasons.
Note: Make sure the active line date in the original and destination plan match for the tickets to be placed on the correct date.
