How to Approve for Links
Go to Settings
Select Advanced Settings
Click External Link Settings
Add all approved URL's in the text box, separating each site with a comma
Click Save
Note: Links that have not been added to the External Link Settings will not be clickable in the Custom Fields Section of a Ticket.
