The Quantity Tracking Dashboard is designed to allow teams to track the planned amount vs the actual installed amount of a particular quantity. Teams can pick what these quantities are based on what information they would like to track, for example, one quantity could be cubic yards of concrete.

To take advantage of the Quantity Tracking Dashboard, each activity in the plan will get the following fields: Quantity type (in this case cubic yards of concrete), Quantity Planned (how much they plan to have done by the end of this activity), and Quantity Actual (how much is actually installed at the end of this activity). There is also the optional field Quantity Grouping, used to organize or filter the quantities into separate categories if roles and locations are not enough. Once the information is on the tickets, the dashboard will begin populating at the next hourly refresh.

To view the Quantity Tracking Dashboard, click on the drop-down menu arrow at the top of the Project Insights Dashboard. Drill into the Quantity Tracking Dashboard by Plan, Quantity Type, Quantity Grouping, Role, and Location.

Quantity Planned: The total quantity planned for the entire project (can be filtered further)

Quantity Actual: The total quantity actually installed for the entire project (can be filtered further)

Quantity Remaining: The outstanding quantity that still needs to be put in place

Average per Day: The average quantity installed per day based on the historical trend for this project

Days to Completion: The number of days until the total quantity has been installed based on the historical trend for this project

Projected completion Date: The targeted completion date based on the historical trend for this project

Actual v Planned Quantity Cumulative: This tile shows the sum of the planned and actual quantities installed

Actual v Planned Quantity per Day: This tile shows the planned vs actual quantity that has been installed for the day (or final day of a multi-day activity)

Quantity Tickets: This table shows all of the tickets that have quantity information and their corresponding data

Actual v Planned History: This tile shows the date history related to when the team has added or updated quantity information on tickets

To download the data in a tile, select the three-dotted button in the top right corner of the desired tile. Select Download Data and choose the desired format.

Note: The Quantity Tracking Dashboard will not show any metrics until the Quantity Tracking Custom Fields have been set up and the team has entered data in

Note: The Quantity Tracking Dashboard updates hourly
